This medium-light bodied dry red wine is soft, silky, fruity and satisfying. It offers complex aromas of toast and raspberry jam, and oregano leaves, with flavors of plum, truffles and warming sweet spices. This vintage is a beautiful blend between complex old world style and fresh fruity new world style, which should appeal equally to experienced Pinot Noir wine drinkers and also general wine consumers who like fruity red wines.
Jepun Sparkling Wine
Rp.286,000Jepun Sparkling Rosé is made in the same traditional méthode champenoise style as Tunjung. It is blushed by the gentle pressing of the locally grown Alphonse-Lavallée grapes. Enhanced by lively mousse this Rosé Sparkling wine is slightly sweet and displays hints of youthful aromas and tropical fruit. It is Indonesia’s first champagne method sparkling wine.

Rp.294,800Tunjung Brut Sparkling comes from a grape variety identified as Probolinggo Biru in Indonesia, from Hatten Wines’ own vineyards. This brut sparkling made in the traditional méthode champenoise, has aromas of citrus peel and flowers, with a lingering scent of light creamy yeast. The aromas and flavours are further enhanced by keeping the wine on its lees for one year.
Known as Bali’s best kept secret, Tunjung can match almost any food types. Tunjung Brut sparkling is an excellent choice as an appéritif, it can also be served with various canapés, pâté, or cheese.
