Deep ruby colour, this wine is full of sweet, ripe fruits, cranberries, cassis and spearmint. Powdery tannins in the mouth with rich, toasty oak.

Aromas of papaya and melon are hit with a slight sulfuric note. This feels plump, with mild citric acidity. Flavors of grapefruit, lime and grass are green and bright, but turn pithy on the finish.

Red bright carmine colour with a blue background. Interesting development of aromas to wild black fruits, blackberries and red prunes, with some spicy notes. On the palate is silky, slightly sweet, with chocolate, toffee and mint notes. Creamy and elegant finish.

Dry, spicy aromas of tobacco, cedar, vanilla and berry fruits come together nicely. This Maule Valley Cab is fresh and harmonious across the palate, with nothing too pushy. Complex, balsamic flavors of olives, herbs, dried berries, turned earth and cocoa finish dry, peppery and elegant.
