Two Island – Souvignon Blanc
Rp.258,500Fermentation, winemaking, maturation & bottling of Australian grown grapes is completed in our state-of-the art winery in Sanur. Cool fermentation maintains the aromatic profile and minerality, while some aging sur-lees (on yeast lees) gives some texture and complexity on both the nose and palate. The secret to the wine’s quality is the careful selection of two high quality vineyards and the careful blending of the two parcels to balance each of their specific characters harmoniously.
Tunjung Sparkling Wine
Rp.294,800Tunjung Brut Sparkling comes from a grape variety identified as Probolinggo Biru in Indonesia, from Hatten Wines’ own vineyards. This brut sparkling made in the traditional méthode champenoise, has aromas of citrus peel and flowers, with a lingering scent of light creamy yeast. The aromas and flavours are further enhanced by keeping the wine on its lees for one year.
Known as Bali’s best kept secret, Tunjung can match almost any food types. Tunjung Brut sparkling is an excellent choice as an appéritif, it can also be served with various canapés, pâté, or cheese. Fresh sea food or shellfish such as oyster and caviar match the perfect fresh acidity of Tunjung. Also, perfect on its own.Aga Red
Rp.184,800AGA Red is a medium bodied red wine made from local Alphonse-Lavallée grapes. This a medium bodied wine is often associated with Beaujolais-Nouveau. Aga Red takes its name from the word ‘authentic’ in Balinese.
The wine presents a colour with cherry red impressions. AGA Red takes its name from the word authentic in the Balinese language. Aga Red’s medium weight and astringency are best suited for spicy dishes and makes a great match with grilled meats. Like many red wines, Aga Red is best served slightly chilled.Rose

Alexandria
Rp.184,800Alexandria is made from the Belgia grapes grown in Hatten Wines’ vineyards. The grapes, ripe and sugar-filled, are processed to bring the very fruity and perfumed grape flavour to its delightful taste. Sweet wines are appreciated as some of the most complex and impressive flavours and aromas in the wine world.
This medium-sweet white wine is very aromatic with grapey characters and lovely floral perfume. The fruity palate is well balanced between sweetness and acid, leaving a refreshing aftertaste.
