James Kalleske at the helm of the 21 year old winery, assures the new Pinot Noir wine is set to make a dramatic impact on the local market.The 2016 Two Islands Pinot Noir is made using grapes from the Limestone Coast region of South Australia.
This medium-light bodied dry red wine is soft, silky, fruity and satisfying. It offers complex aromas of toast and raspberry jam, and oregano leaves, with flavors of plum, truffles and warming sweet spices. This vintage is a beautiful blend between complex old world style and fresh fruity new world style, which should appeal equally to experienced Pinot Noir wine drinkers and also general wine consumers who like fruity red wines.
Two Island – Souvignon Blanc
Rp.258,500Fermentation, winemaking, maturation & bottling of Australian grown grapes is completed in our state-of-the art winery in Sanur. Cool fermentation maintains the aromatic profile and minerality, while some aging sur-lees (on yeast lees) gives some texture and complexity on both the nose and palate. The secret to the wine’s quality is the careful selection of two high quality vineyards and the careful blending of the two parcels to balance each of their specific characters harmoniously.
Two Rivers Svn Blanc ‘Convergence’
Rp.420,000A convergence of flavours from five separate vineyards, this is classic Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc at its finest. An abundance of crushed fresh herbs, tomato leaf, gooseberry and fennel. The fleshy yet lively palate has a lovely creamy texture and is dry with a bright juicy finish.

This bakery specializes in making hand-made vegan buttercream, using ingredients such as cacao butter and coconut sugar that are sourced from the local farmers to support the economy. Encouraging people to be conscious with what they eat, starting by knowing what and where our food comes from.
Only plant based and natural coloring’s are used, such as turmeric, matcha, beetroot, sweet paprika, et cetera. The base ingredients used in thee cakes are a blend of tapioca, coconut and rice flours, which are also 100% locally sourced.
